Yes, AOL has a payment plan that allows you to use AOL with a Local Broadband Internet Provider without needing to call a long distance number. By signing up with BKBroadband you can log on to the internet with us and use the TCP/IP connection in the AOL software. To change the AOL software, go to edit location. Leave the Phone Numbers blank. Change the Network Setting to TCP/IP connection. To log on to AOL, you must first log on to bkbroadband by clicking the internet icon. After connecting to bkbroadband, you must the click on your AOL icon. Click on log on, and you should be connect to AOL.

Traditional phone services have always associated a particular number with a fixed address. For it to work correctly with B&K Communications services, you have to provide the correct and current address that the Phone (VoIP) is at. If you take it to another location you must call the office or go online and set up a TAC.
To set up a TAC (Technical Assistance Center)
1. Click Email/Account Above
2. Enter User Name & Password
3. Click on Account TAC
4. Click on Create New Case
5. Pick Support or Accounting
6. Click Continue
7. Enter E911 in the General Description as Title of case field
8. Enter in new address and any details about why its being moved (i.e.. moving, vacation, )
9. Click Create Case
** This will notify the support or accounting staff and they will make the corrections to your address. You will receive an email confirming that your address was changed.

Be sure to provide your accurate physical address to B&K Communications to ensure that emergency services can be quickly dispatched to your location.
Be familiar with B&K Communications procedures for updating your address and promptly update address information in the event of a change.
Make sure you have a clear understanding of any limitations of your 9-1-1 service.
Inform children, babysitters, and visitors about your interconnected VoIP service and its 9-1-1 limitations, if any.
If the power is out or your broadband connection is down, be aware that your interconnected VoIP service may also be out. Consider installing a backup power supply, maintaining a traditional phone line and analog phone as a backup, or having a cellular phone as a backup.
